Sr Engineer Asst Manager RD

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization
• Conduct research to identify new materials processes and technologies for product development
• Selection of bearings Heat Exchangers and Shaft
• Necessary technical support to marketing department
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance quality and costeffectiveness
• Review and interpret technical specifications standards and regulations
• Participate in feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects
• Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and technological advancements
• Prepare and present progress reports project updates and technical findings to senior management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners including suppliers research institutes and universities
• Responsible for releasing the drawings & MBM
• Responsible for execution activities post order till dispatch
• Working in close coordination with electrical design

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Mechanical or related field
• Candidate having experience in HT Motor Design
• Advanced Technical Knowledge.
• At least 8 years of experience in Research and Development preferably in a relevant industry
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and product development processes
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects from concept to market launch
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
• Indepth knowledge of materials processes and technologies relevant to the industry
• Experience in intellectual property management and patent processes
