We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter (US/International Team night shift) with a strong personal database proficient sourcing tools like LinkedIn and a proven track record working with international accounts. This role involves identifying and engaging top talent for various positions across our global client base.
Commission based job. Commission of 25% on fees collected from clients for each successful deal closedwhich ranges from 8.33% to 15% of the candidates annual salary.
No fixed salary.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize personal database and sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including screening interviewing and presenting candidates.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Strong personal database of candidates.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with international accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
