Job Description

Overview:

The US Process Associate plays a critical role in the organization by supporting various USbased processes and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the business. This role is essential for maintaining highquality standards and meeting the requirements of US clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage US client accounts and transactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of USspecific documentation
  • Collaborate with USbased teams to execute operational tasks
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for US processes
  • Assist in project management for US initiatives
  • Adhere to US regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Participate in US client meetings and discussions
  • Support US sales and marketing efforts through data management
  • Contribute to process improvement projects for US operations
  • Maintain knowledge of US market trends and industry developments
  • Coordinate with US vendors and partners as needed
  • Execute USspecific administrative tasks and duties
  • Manage USfocused communication and correspondence
  • Assist in US financial and accounting processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in USfocused process management
  • Proficiency in US market regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills
  • Proven ability in data analysis and reporting
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in time management and multitasking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with US accounting and financial principles
  • Knowledge of USspecific software and tools
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Flexibility to work US hours as needed
  • Understanding of US cultural and business dynamics
  • Certification in US process management is a plus
