Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in our organization as they are the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional service resolving customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is vital in maintaining positive customer relations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels such as phone email and chat
  • Address customer inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers
  • Assist customers in placing orders processing returns and issuing refunds
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or individual
  • Manage and resolve customer issues using effective problemsolving skills
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Contribute to team goals and meet individual performance targets

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and empathy skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules
