Job Description:
As a Business Analyst & Product Owner you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements defining product features and guiding the development team throughout the product lifecycle. This position requires a proactive and detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of both business processes and product development methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories epics and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features and create product roadmaps based on business value and customer feedback
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
- Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated questions and decisions
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and improve product features based on user feedback and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) is a plus
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Product Ownership (e.g. CSPO) is preferred
