Bussiness Analyst Product Owner

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories epics and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and create product roadmaps based on business value and customer feedback
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
• Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated questions and decisions
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives
• Continuously evaluate and improve product features based on user feedback and market trends

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) is a plus
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Product Ownership (e.g. CSPO) is preferred
