Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at House 2 Home located in Manama. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting property surveys, listing and marketing properties, negotiating and finalizing sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additionally, the Real Estate Agent will be involved in analyzing market trends, advising clients on pricing and property investments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
