Job Description
- Qualified lawyer entitled to practice in the United Kingdom or Ireland
- 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, having a mix of law firm and in-house experience (please note this is a mid-level role)
- Substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements, preferably in the technology sector, such as sales, software and other licensing arrangements, including those related to SaaS, and other cloud-based services and technology-related offerings
- Experience supporting a large sales organization
