We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs generating leads and building relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. The Sales Development Representative will engage in outbound cold calling and emailing manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps. Additionally the candidate will identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook utilize CRM tools and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. This role will involve setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and our executive team.
Position: Sales Development Representative
Salary Range: $1300 $1600 USD.
Type of contract: Independent contractor.
Payment Frequency: monthly.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years as Sales Development Representative or related.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
