Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will
collaborate closely with product designers product managers and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and user needs. You will be responsible for crafting visually
appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and elevate the overall user
experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product designers product managers and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and
concepts.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with the overall brand identity and enhance
the user experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all
platforms and devices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based
on user insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and design best practices to
continuously improve our product.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and
provide support during the development process.
Actively participate in design reviews brainstorming sessions and crossfunctional meetings
to contribute ideas and insights.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual & UI design for digital products preferably in a
fintech or related industry.
Experience in crafting the UI for mobile applications in a product company.
Excellent skills in visual design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or equivalent.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and justify design
decisions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A bachelors degree in Design Visual Communication HCI or related field is preferred.

tools is essential:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop XD etc.)
Sketch (or equivalent)
Usability testing tools (e.g. UserTesting Optimal Workshop)
Prototyping tools (e.g. InVision Proto.io)
These tools will enable our UI/UX Developers to effectively create wireframes mockups and
prototypes and conduct user research and usability testing to drive product innovation and
enhance user experience.
