Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

Create visually appealing and impactful designs for a variety of digital and print materials

including brochures advertisements social media graphics website elements packaging and

more.

Develop design concepts that align with the company s branding and marketing strategies.

2. Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to the company s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look

and feel across all marketing materials.

Update and refine existing design assets as needed to keep them current and aligned with

brand standards.

3. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver

highquality design solutions that meet objectives.

Collaborate with other departments including product development and sales to create

designs that support various business needs.

4. Innovation and Trends:

Stay updated on the latest design trends tools and technologies to ensure the company s

visual content remains fresh and relevant.

Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance the quality and effectiveness of

the company s visual content.

5. Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to

deadlines.

Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.

A minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience preferably within the

pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in both digital and print

media.

Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout typography and color

theory.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Knowledge of video editing and animation software is a plus.
