Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels including referrals networking and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and followups with clients to review their financial status and offer new products and services.

- Promote and sell a range of financial products and services offered by the NBFC including loans investments and insurance products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and offering expert advice on financial matters.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering prompt accurate and professional service.

- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences.
- Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling financial products.
