Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customerfocused Relationship Officer to join our team at NBFC Name. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their financial needs and providing tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong sales background and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and acquire new clients through various channels including referrals networking and direct sales.
    • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings and followups with clients to review their financial status and offer new products and services.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Promote and sell a range of financial products and services offered by the NBFC including loans investments and insurance products.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and offering expert advice on financial matters.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering prompt accurate and professional service.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
    • Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling financial products.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions transactions and sales activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance client feedback and market trends.
