Job Description

Must have Skills:

Technical Support

AdHoc Technical Support

Run predefined and specified software installations and tests in a controlled environment

Test and validate software and firmware

Accurately record both systems set up and test results

Conduct failure diagnosis and analysis of failures as well as develop additional test and debug aids to improve overall productivity and performance

Good to have:

Demonstrable experience using a distributed version control system such as Github Gitlab etc.

Firmware validation is a plus.

Validating industry specifications such as PCIe NVMe OCP OPAL is a big plus.

SSD or enterprise storage device security protocols and techniques (e.g. Opal ESSC and AES)
