Proficient use of Microsoft Office products with strong emphasis on Excel (to include Pivot Tables) MS Access OneNote Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

Knowledge of the interrelationships among project data including phases schedules and estimates and the SYIP SSYPs STIP TIPs and Federal Strategy (or other funding and obligation plans).

Minimum qualifications

Proficient in MS applications including Word Excel Power Point Visio Project and SharePoint and other business intelligence and reporting toolsets.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture in particular business data architecture development and management.

Demonstrated skills in engineering business process improvement resulting in streamlined and effective processes with a mind towards automated solutions.

A combination of training experience or education in Engineering Computer Science Applied Mathematics Information Management Systems Technology Communications or related field desired.
