- Lead the creation of engaging multimedia content that showcases the company’s innovative HR initiatives and its impactful ESG activities.
- Maintain a strong online presence on relevant social media platforms, enhancing the company’s profile as a top employer and a leader in sustainability.
- Analyze and respond to trends in talent acquisition and ESG reporting, using data to drive visibility and attractiveness to potential employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with HR and sustainability departments to ensure that messaging is consistent and reflects the company’s values and strategic objectives.
- Organize and participate in key industry events and webinars to boost both employer and ESG brand visibility, ensuring that the company is seen as a thought leader.
