Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop effective creative and profitable integrated marketing strategies.
- Build and deliver marketing campaigns mixing digital and traditional media ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
- Develop and manage all integrated marketing advertising campaigns.
- Develop branding positioning and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain monthly quarterly and annual budgets for the department.
- Participate at various conventions trade shows conferences to network with customers and amplify B2B business
- Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
- Analyze data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
- Oversee hiring and training for the marketing department.
- Make sure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports promptly.
Requirements
- First Degree in marketing business administration or relevant discipline
- Master of Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 5years experience in marketing digital marketing
- Experience managing projects
- Organization & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer focus
- Good team player
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial space
