Position Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Matta you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy driving adoption and ensuring successful gotomarket efforts. You ll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management sales and engineering to position our platform effectively and maximize its impact in the market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute gotomarket plans for new product launches feature enhancements and updates
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and enablement
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan execute and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media search engines email and display advertising.
Actively manage and execute digital campaigns ensuring they are launched on time and within budget.
Craft compelling product narratives positioning statements and messaging that resonate with our target audience (buyers suppliers and industry stakeholders).
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging collateral including product guides and visuals
Oversee and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Instagram Twitter and other relevant channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Provide regular reports on platform OKRs and campaign effectiveness.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
Conduct a costbenefit analysis to make datadriven decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns including content creators graphic designers and other stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with analytics & product teams to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Handson experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.).
Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
