Job Description
Safety & Compliance Supervisor
Inspire a culture of safety and drive operational excellence! As a Safety & Compliance Champion at Benore Logistic Systems Inc. youll be the driving force behind our commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety compliance and security across our transportation fleet and mobile equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide drivers through assessments evaluations and targeted improvement plans
- Conduct thorough investigations and detailed reporting for accidents injuries and incidents
- Foster driver engagement through proactive safety initiatives appreciation activities and incentive programs
- Administer DOT licensing examinations and compliance documentation
- Oversee the DOT Drug and Alcohol program ensuring adherence to testing requirements
- Support driver hiring training and onboarding processes including road tests and evaluations
- Serve as a community liaison promoting the safety of our driving operations
- Develop impactful safety communications and announcements in collaboration with management
- Assist in the administration of vehicle registrations permits and audits

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred; Associates degree or relevant experience considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DOT regulations and safety administration in transportation/logistics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite TMW and telematics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Unwavering commitment to safety compliance and ethical conduct
