Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuity of business operations through the optimization of plant assets. This involves defining maintenance strategies to achieve set objectives complying with the integrated management system client requirements and company policy. The role also includes implementing a safetyfirst culture improving service quality and maintaining customer focus. The Maintenance Manager is tasked with:
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and policies to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Leading innovation projects and incorporating new technologies to enhance process performance and standardization.
- Ensuring team training development motivation and growth.
- Collaborating with Production Managers to define investment plans and annual improvement plans.
- Ensuring safety product quality and competitiveness.
- Analyzing performance KPIs and making datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Managing maintenance costs to meet EBITDA targets.
- Engaging with technology suppliers to maintain stable worldclass processes.
Requirements
Benefits
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
