Landscape Project Manager
Job description
Are you an adept leader with a fervent interest in project management within the landscape industry We are in search of a proficient Landscape Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves the comprehensive oversight of outdoor projects ensuring their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and coordinate multiple landscape projects ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules budgets and resource allocations.
Collaborate with clients landscape designers and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
Uphold and enforce rigorous quality and safety standards across all project stages.
Oversee procurement processes materials management and vendor relationship management.
Generate and deliver detailed project reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and regular updates.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in project management preferably within the landscape or construction industries.
Proficiency in the use of project management software and tools.
Strong leadership capabilities and adeptness in team management.
Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
Indepth knowledge of landscape design and construction principles.
Offer:

Salary: $105000.00 to $200000.00 per year. Commission based only!
