Realizing Consultation through the Original System

We dont consider the use of the systems; its not just about using a tool. We believe that by effectively hiring many talented individuals and ensuring their retention the need for hiring to begin with will decrease significantly.     1. Implementing new features feature enhancements refactoring for performance improvements and introducing new technologies while maintaining quality and achieving fastpaced development.
    • Developing new features and extending existing ones.

    As a leader of the development team your role is to facilitate smooth development.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full time

Location : Nihonbashi Chuoku Tokyo

Annual Salary:JPY

*The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.

*Salary increase : twice a year

*Bonus : 2 times a year in principle (JuneDecember)

Hours :(include 60 min break)

  • Remote work: Most employees work remotely. However there are cases in which employees are required to come to the office depending on their position and duties.
  • Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation but the entire department works about 15 to 20 hours per month. When responding to releases there may be irregular work hours such as at night.
