Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue.
• Efficiently onboard software engineers to clients and coordinating with the clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with the clients coordination with the Business Development Team.
• Match client requirements for various tech stacks with appropriate candidates and their availability as per the requirements.
• Work closely with Directors and stake holders to meet revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for high client satisfaction.
• Keep current on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• USA citizenship
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
• Proven track record of driving immediate revenue in the tech industry
• Extensive experience with top staff augmentation firms in the USA
• Proficiency in various tech stacks and software engineering practices
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and remotely
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
