Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)
Support Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
As a Desktop Support Engineer you should provide support and technical assistance regarding hardware Software and network related concerns.
Build and install PCs telephone systems wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers scanners mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure in accordance with department standards.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Responding to support requests.
Traveling to the office location for support as per the requirement.
Maintain work reports
Meeting Setup arrangements Video Shooting.
Maintain Documentation invoice reports asset inventory Email id list IP addresses
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation from any stream
Hardware & Networking course/diploma to be completed from college or Private Institute. Minimum Course duration should be 1 year.
Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Selfmotivated & Ability to prioritize workload effectively

Offline Practical test:
Assembling of computer
OS & software installation
Configuring Network

Preferred: Candidate with having a vehichle.
