Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 1 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)

Support Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

As a Desktop Support Engineer you should provide support and technical assistance regarding hardware Software and network related concerns.

• Build and install PCs telephone systems wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers scanners mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure in accordance with department standards.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

• Responding to support requests.

• Traveling to the office location for support as per the requirement.

• Maintain work reports

• Meeting Setup arrangements Video Shooting.

• Maintain Documentation invoice reports asset inventory Email id list IP addresses

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation from any stream

• Hardware & Networking course/diploma to be completed from college or Private Institute. Minimum Course duration should be 1 year.

• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.

• Selfmotivated & Ability to prioritize workload effectively

Offline Practical test:

• Assembling of computer

• OS & software installation

• Configuring Network
