Job Description
Job Title : Lead Designer
Industry : Mechanical and Civil
Location : UAE
Nationality : indian
We are seeking a talented Lead Designer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and Civil Engineering . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience and a proven track record in using CAD software to deliver highquality designs. This role requires a dedicated professional who can lead a team manage complex projects and ensure the highest standards of design and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in piping design with a focus on the mechanical or Civil field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar).
- Strong understanding of piping materials fabrication methods and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design process for piping systems in various projects.
- Develop and review detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support design and construction activities.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
