Job Description

Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (SME / GURU)

Duration: 3 years or more

Location: Preferably North Brunswick NJ but remote work from anywhere in the USA is acceptable

Travel: Approximately 20% travel required with client covering travel expenses

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements for HCM processes
  • Manage both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite
  • Configure various modules including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Compensation and Absence Management
  • Customize workflows approvals and notifications to align with business processes
  • Participate in testing activities such as system testing integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Provide enduser support troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure successful system adoption
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM product updates and new features
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional and technical teams to resolve issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HR cloud applications
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with Core HR Payroll Talent Management and Compensation modules in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Proficiency in configuring Fusion HCM workflows approval processes and security settings
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders endusers and technical teams
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools and analytics is advantageous
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are desirable but not mandatory

Additional Information:

  • Experience in mergers and integration is preferred
  • The role requires approximately 20% travel and 80% remote work or preference for working from our office in North Brunswick NJ
