Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards integrating financial and nonfinancial data using relevant tools and software.

  2. Gather analyse and interpret financial and nonfinancial data from various sources to provide holistic insights to management regarding business performance.

  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and reconciliation processes with a focus on aligning financial and nonfinancial metrics.

  4. Collaborate closely with departments such as sales marketing operations and human resources to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on financial outcomes.

  5. Generate adhoc reports analysing the relationship between financial and nonfinancial metrics providing actionable insights for decisionmaking particularly focusing on budget vs. actual performance.

  6. Conduct variance analysis comparing budgeted figures with actual performance across both financial and nonfinancial metrics identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations.

  7. Identify correlations and trends between financial and nonfinancial data providing recommendations for improving overall business performance and budgetary planning.

  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS tools and systems to enhance integration capabilities between financial and nonfinancial data sources with a specific focus on budgetary monitoring.

  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to integrated financial and nonfinancial analysis with a focus on budget management and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.

  2. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role with expertise in integrating financial and nonfinancial data for analysis.

  3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources.

  4. Proficiency in MS Excel Access and other relevant data analysis tools with a focus on integrating diverse datasets.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting with a focus on aligning financial and nonfinancial metrics.

  8. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus particularly those with integrated reporting capabilities.

  9. Certification in data analysis or related field is desirable.
