Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
Expertise and ownership of next generation platform and the goto person for questions on timeline launch plan and release dates.
Run daily Standup Sprint Planning Backlog grooming Demo and all other Scrum Ceremonies using Jira as the tool.
Create the necessary Jira tasks and help the Dev team clear all impediments.
Identify and assess risks in the project and build strategy to mitigate them
Work with users to assess and fix issues that arise.
Strategize product deployment in a phased and controlled environment.
Communicate new features with internal and external stakeholders.
Report progress biweekly to the executive team Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Program Management
Advance expertise in using Jira as a Scrum tool.
Engineering or other technical degree and experience in a technical position
Understanding of different development methodologies and tools
Advanced skills with Data Analytics
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
Scrum Master Certification
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Programming and scripting experience is preferred but not required
Bachelors degree (MBA or Masters preferred)
