Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the operations at both
manufacturing sites in Roha and Saykha ensuring alignment with the
companys strategic objectives.
Drive operational excellence by optimizing production processes
improving efficiency and maintaining high standards of product quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and
quality control protocols leading audits and inspections as necessary.
Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring cost control and
efficient resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
Oversee the supply chain from raw material procurement to product
distribution ensuring timely and costeffective operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure a
stable and quality supply of raw materials.
Foster collaboration and effective communication between the
corporate office and manufacturing sites resolving operational issues
and supporting Plant Heads.
Lead major operational projects including capacity expansion and
technology upgrades ensuring timely and costeffective completion.

Lead mentor and develop Plant Heads and their teams fostering a
culture of high performance continuous improvement and
professional growth.
Implement best practices in manufacturing to optimize production
processes reduce waste improve resource utilization and achieve
operational excellence.
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations GMP standards
and quality control protocols. Lead quality assurance initiatives to
maintain the highest product standards.
Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring effective cost
control and efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) identify areas
for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance
operational performance.
Foster strong collaboration between the corporate office and
manufacturing sites maintaining regular communication with Plant
Heads and resolving operational issues promptly.
Lead and oversee major operational projects such as capacity
expansion and technology upgrades ensuring projects are completed
on time within scope and budget.
Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and maintaining
safety standards and protocols. Identify and mitigate operational risks
effectively.
Represent the operations function in executive meetings contribute to

strategic decisionmaking processes and maintain strong relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
