Overseeing CFT meeting and providing required data to Operations down the line
Meeting customers at regular intervals and growing business
Supervising the department and providing guidance training and mentoring
Monitor progress and submit performance reports
Budget and resource allocation for projects
Building brand awareness
Customer relationship management
