Experience / Qualifications

  • A high caliber engineering graduate preferably with MBA and with >15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales and preferably with background of Oil & Gas Completion and Cementing side of business vertical.
  • Expertise in sales customer relations order review
  • Optional Oil and gas sector Indepth knowledge in planning SCM EXIM API requirements in Sales
  • Must focus on meeting budgets and goals FG warehouse VMI program Sales order and Sales funnel review logistics.
  • Voice and Face that will make a difference to customer

Job Responsibilities

Meeting sales revenue target

Meeting EBITDA target

Customer focused and follows keenly Quality Cost & OTD

Presentation skills and managing customer profile

Conduct quarterly risk analysis to maintain and improve supply chain

Working with Operations for smooth flow of orders in shop and aligning priorities

Overseeing CFT meeting and providing required data to Operations down the line

Meeting customers at regular intervals and growing business

Supervising the department and providing guidance training and mentoring

Monitor progress and submit performance reports

Budget and resource allocation for projects

Building brand awareness

Customer relationship management

Sales analytics

Departments responsible for

o BD & Sales

o Invoice and dispatch

o Shared customer face BD Technical

Works closely with Plant Head to deliver results

Optional knowledge (Oil and Gas Sector)

o Product knowledge (Completion Cementing Liner Hanger Packers etc)

o Knowledge of API 5CT 71 11D1 14L 6A 19G123

o Order review and CFT skills

o Complete supply chain
