For an international insurance company we are looking for a Project Lead.
Goal: Establish scalable HRIS Operations (integration and configuration of JIRA as the primary ticketing tool for Group HR.)
- Lead and manage the project for transforming Workday service and change management processes for the Group and its Divisions including their migration into an existing ITSM framework.
- Oversee the integration and configuration of JIRA as the primary ticketing tool for Group HR.
- Apply expert knowledge and best practices for Workday service and change management processes and JIRA customization.
- Support the adaptation of the governance framework as needed.
- Planning controlling and reporting on the progress of the programme (e.g. scope time cost quality risks deliverables).
- Developing and improving the roadmap and workstream plans incl. resourcing and budget management.
- Prepare documents for the Steering Committee and the Group Management Board.
- Manage dependencies between different areas and the systems they use.

- In depth knowledge of IT Service and Delivery Management

- JIRA JIRA for Service and Confluence implementation and configuration
- Proven experience in portfolio and project management
- Dealing with established project management methods (PMP and SCRUM) and their successful application in an operational environment
- Experience in the financial industry in the field of HR and IT knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
- Ability to work in a team strong communication skills and a convincing manner with different stakeholder groups
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred
