Job Description

Job title: Integration Technician
Location: Merritt Island FL
Duration: 6 Months Extension

Description:
Qualification Questions (Please include at the top of the resume)
  • What RMP drill motor would you use to drill in a Titanium .250 stackup
  • What color is #30 #21 & #10 Cleco
  • Have you ever used a BombSight kit or Toolset to pull a misdrilled fastener hole
C Shift: Friday Sunday 6 am 6:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing & aerospace structures (Sheetmetal)
  • Experience in Drilling Aluminum Composite & Titanium structures
  • Experience in at least one of the following is required: Heavy (Primary Structures drilling experience) (Secondary Structures drilling experience)
  • Interpret engineering models drawings and specifications and understands written work instructions and test procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills fields and backgrounds
  • Communicate clearly and appropriately in writing and in person.
  • Basic digital literacy such as Windows Microsoft Office etc.
  • Climb ladders/stairs and work in small restricted areas.
  • Work at Heights on work stands and in lifts.
  • Perform repetitive work including lifting of items up to 35lbs.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
  • Industry certification trade school training and/or degree in related field or (Airframe License).
  • Proven success as a handson technical leader
  • Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fastpaced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
  • Continuous improvement attitude. Our job is never complete; we are always refining and improving.
  • Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it.
  • Experience in handling large aerospace structures.
  • Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
  • Experience in new product introduction.
  • Experience in a teambased Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
  • Military experience
