C Shift: Friday Sunday 6 am 6:30 pm Responsibilities: Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing & aerospace structures (Sheetmetal)
Experience in Drilling Aluminum Composite & Titanium structures
Experience in at least one of the following is required: Heavy (Primary Structures drilling experience) (Secondary Structures drilling experience)
Interpret engineering models drawings and specifications and understands written work instructions and test procedures.
Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills fields and backgrounds
Communicate clearly and appropriately in writing and in person.
Basic digital literacy such as Windows Microsoft Office etc.
Climb ladders/stairs and work in small restricted areas.
Work at Heights on work stands and in lifts.
Perform repetitive work including lifting of items up to 35lbs.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
Industry certification trade school training and/or degree in related field or (Airframe License).
Proven success as a handson technical leader
Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fastpaced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
