Job Description

The MLH Group is a privatelyowned company with interests in various sectors including management services distribution facilities management call centre services and ICT management. We maintain acquire and grow businesses through business process reengineering.


We are looking for a confident selfdriven professional with sales experience and a passion for solving problems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the products and services offered by the group to current and potential clients.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop sales strategies.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals and estimates.
  • Close sales both over the desk and face to face.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales projections and reports.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately maintain and update client records.
  • Answer calls and respond to correspondence pertaining to client queries about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  • Predict and manage resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Provide client service and maintain relationships.
  • Build and maintain CRM database.


Requirements

  • Excellent customer service.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM and sales software programs.
  • Must have a valid driver s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing Business Administration or in a similar course of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Sales.
