Responsibilities: Identify need, scope, and lead specific process improvement projects in support of optimizing our global footprint (e.g., helping business units identify and prioritize work from home opportunities) OResponsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity OContributes to the Operations Strategic Plan by applying advanced knowledge of functional areas OMay develop and coach others OEstablish and define project deliverables and objectives OIdentify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, ensure mitigations and contingency plans are executed OLead formal project interaction reviews, readiness OHas expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines OProvides strategic direction for processes, and projects in area of expertise OProvides cross-functional guidance and expertise Requirements: Kicks off needed engineering activities (defining responsibilities, tasks, goals, deadlines) Coordinates activities with TPL Passat, B-SUV, MY change and SB and Localization defining responsibilities, tasks, deadlines for the projects Sets up, coordinates and tracks needed project budgets Generates and coordinates project schedules Supports Engineering activities for the Eigenschaftskatalog definition Supports involvement into design briefings and technical concept definition #J-18808-Ljbffr
