What you will do:
Your main task is to be the worlds best problem solver and to drive legal innovation forward. As our new Legal Counsel your main responsibilities will be to support our sales team and help them in their sales process. This means negotiating commercial agreements DPAs and drafting policies and internal documents. Since we are a SaaS company and process a lot of data much of your work will be related to the GDPR and other privacy regulations in markets where we operate. Attention to detail and confidence to work autonomously are essential as well as a basic understanding of commercial implications.
The job includes:
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts within a multijurisdictional scope which includes frequent negotiations and meetings with customers;
GDPR/Privacy including negotiating and reviewing DPAs and other assistance agreements;
Drafting evaluating and developing our internal documents policys and processes etc as well as our standard customer agreements.
Advising internal departments within the company (eg. customer support Enterprisesales HR) with regards to applicable legal requirements;
Research into multinational regulatory regimes and risk management; and
Stay up to date with any updates in legislation that may be relevant to our business.
Depending on your previous experience and ability to learn you may also be able to work with other tasks.

Studied law at university with up to3 years work experience inhouse and/or law firm;
Fluent in Swedish and English;
Strong prioritisation and communication skills;
Driven accurate servicemindedand independent; and
Flexibility to fit in a fastpaced nature of business.
