David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polishspeaking Content Reviewer IMI (Incident Management Investigation) for their Lisbon office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Reviewers in our Detection team play a crucial role inenhancing the quality and safety of online content.
- On a dailybasis they conduct visual reviews and assessments of onlinecontent related to current affairs news and potentially othertopics as needed specific to the Country/Countries they areassigned.
- This involves monitoring web pages and social mediaplatforms (e.g. Twitter) and promptly escalating any violationsusing internal tools.
- Additionally our agents keep a vigilant eyeon news sources reporting on daily events and escalatingarticles that may have an immediate or future impact on Googleproducts.
- Synthesizing multidimensional information and data sources clearly and concisely for different audiences
- Investigating analyzing and reporting on identified trends
- Documenting all data and research procedures
- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Evaluating analyzing and conceptualizing strategic risks and threats to trust in Google.
- Identifying emerging trends and forecasting new forms of abuse.
- Translating how global developments could potentially adversely impact Googles users.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or proficient level of Polish language both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
