Position:

Virtual Executive Recruiter Healthcare IT

As a Virtual Executive Recruiter you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while focusing on our geographic markets. You will build your client base and candidate network with opportunities in both directhire (permanent) and contract placements providing you with two stable revenue streams and significant growth potential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT experience in an agency environment.
• Previous experience working virtually remotely or from a home office.
• Techsavvy with confidence in learning new ATS programs (experience with Bullhorn is a plus).
• Proficiency with GSuite is required.
• Fulldesk experience (ability to develop business and source candidates).
• Selfstarter with a high degree of selfdirection (minimal need for middlemanagement or detailed tracking).
• Proven track record of at least $200K in annual production within a 12month period with a desire to maintain or exceed this level.
• Excellent email etiquette and written communication skills.
• Professional ethical with a great sense of humor and a strong team player mentality.
