Our client is an award winning forex and commodities broker providing trading services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients. They offers various accounts types trading software and tools to facilitate individuals and institutional customers to trade Forex and CFDs online.

Tasks

Our client are seeking for a QA Team Lead (Manual) to manage and mentor a team of manual testers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. As the QA Team Lead (Manual) you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday planning and running of the manual testing developing and implementing testing processes and procedures and communicating test results to relevant stakeholders.

Duties:

• Lead a team of manual testers in the development and execution of test cases and plans.
• Develop and maintain manual testing processes and procedures that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Plan and prioritise the testing tickets.
• Ensure that all manual testing activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Report testing status to Head of the QA department.
• Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Ensure that software meets functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Manage inhouse testing documentation write and continuously review test strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure their professional growth and success.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new testing technologies and methods.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in manual testing with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) testing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Good team working and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira TestRail XRay etc. would be considered an advantage.
