Night Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Night Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea. The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of the hotel, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Key responsibilities include supervising the night staff, managing guest requests and complaints, ensuring safety and security measures are implemented, and conducting regular inspections of the premises.

• Experience in hotel management or a related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest issues and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Certification in hotel management or a related field
