Requirements

• Live NMBI Pin
• A proven track record as an ADON/DON or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector
  
• Strong management and communication skills.
  
• A compassionate approach to elder care.
  
• Ability to step into a leadership role effectively for a temporary period.
  

• Nursing: 7 years (preferred)
  
• Nurse Management : 5 years (preferred)
