Design Team Lead - SpringBuilder Project

• Directly manage and provide leadership direction and mentorship for a team of Designers.
  

• Drive the product design process from research and ideation to prototyping testing and final execution.
  

• Lead a team of designers and strengthen UX practices incorporating best practices to design clean and functional experiences for the new product features on our roadmap.
  

• Empower and lead the design team to take ownership of their work and make informed design decisions that align with the companys goals and user needs specifically in the context of No Code Tools and multibrand projects.
  

• Continuously improve design processes tools and workflows specific to No Code Tools and multibrand projects to increase efficiency and quality.
  

• Understand requirements define thoughtful solutions and design extraordinary solutions that meet our business and enduser goals.
  

• Maintain and improve our design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our platform.
  

• Collaborate with product management marketing and design teams to contribute to strategic decisions around the products future direction.
  

Requirements

• BS/MS in Design Art Computer Science or a relevant field.
  

• 5 years of working experience as a product or UX designer with at least one year of experience as a leader.
  

• Knowledge of No Code Tools (Builders) and their capabilities including familiarity with their limitations and strengths.
  

• Experience working with multiple brands and the ability to balance the needs of different brands while maintaining a consistent user experience.
  

• Design goodlooking User Interfaces using the No Code Tool ensuring that designs are visually appealing easy to use and accessible.
  

• Strong leadership social and communication skills.
  

• Powerful UX mindset emphasizing usability and an obsession for details.
  

• Experience in designing consistent elegant and thoughtful UI working with an evolving design system.
  

• Ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions and think outside the box when encountering issues.
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  

• A leader who can take each project from concept to launch.
  

• Inspire and motivate your team to do their best work. Good leadership skills can help you build trust with your team members set clear expectations and provide guidance and support when needed.
  

• Come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. This means being able to think outside the box and approach challenges from different angles.
