About our client:
Our client is a global leader in digital marketing and client reporting solutions empowering financial professionals to enhance investor engagement and retention. With operations spanning four continents they are rapidly expanding their team worldwide. Serving toptier clients in the fintech sector they seek individuals passionate about technical R&D and solution design offering remote work opportunities.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to identify client needs and create a datadriven roadmap conducting market research and user analysis to uncover product opportunities.
- Partner with data engineers to define requirements build data pipelines and ensure data quality for insightful product development.
- Work with UI/UX designers and engineers to transform data insights into userfriendly features and innovative solutions.
- Champion datadriven design decisions conducting A/B testing and refining features based on feedback and data.
- Manage and prioritise the product roadmap balancing data insights business goals and user needs while documenting clear functional specifications and leading backlog refinement.
- Facilitate agile development ceremonies and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Promote data literacy and foster a datadriven culture translating complex data analysis into actionable recommendations.
What you need:
- 5 years in product management or related fields.
- Proven success with datadriven product launches.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python).
- Experience with crossfunctional teams in fastpaced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Passionate about using data to drive business value in FinTech.
- Beneficial experience in asset/wealth management.
- Beneficial experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
