Chief Financial Officer Reporting Financing

On behalf of our client who is in the chemical processing business we are looking for a suitable personnel to join them as

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Providing leadership direction and management of the finance and accounting team

Providing tactic recommendations to the managing director

Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Responsible for the internal control functioning well and the company s operations being in full compliant with rules and regulations by Singapore government

Establishing and/or enhancing relationships with external parties and stakeholders

Collaborating with HQ s management team

Project Financing

Build and maintain the relationships with financial institutions for potential fund raising opportunities

Understand and assess the risks involved in the financial activities of the projects

Achieve a proper mix of equity or debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

Assist in the preparation of fund raising proposals for specific project working closely with crossfunctional teams

Provide assistance in executing and closings of transactions including development of initial term sheets transaction structuring negotiations of final documentation etc.

Assess the impact of regulatory requirements on project costs and timelines.

Requirements

• Accountancy & Finance related Degree
  
• Singapore Chartered Accountancy
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Integrity team work spirit and proactive work attitude
  
• Good command of English and Mandarin
  
  

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Familiar with IFRS
  
• Understanding of China GAAP is an added advantage
  
• Hands on experience in SAP
  
• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting with proven leadership skills
  

Project Financing

• Possess 510 years of either project finance/structured finance experience/ M&A
  
• Understand the industrial business (Agrochemical sector is preferred)
  
• Strong financial tools sourcing skillsets (including but not limited to banks loans bonds PE IPO etc)
  
• Advanced Excel skills and competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
• Possess strong business acumen and international mindset
  
• Have experience in working with ASEAN markets
