Prerequisite for the role: Cleared Intermediate level CA/CMA (both groups) with exams due in May 2025 or later and eligible for Industrial Training
As an Intern the candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment while further developing their skills and knowledge in the field of finance and accounting.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor variances against actual performance.
- Collect organize and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in longterm strategic planning processes and financial modeling.
- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support various financial projects.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- Eligibility: SemiQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) eligible for industrial training as per their respective institutes (ICAI/ICMAI).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles financial analysis and taxation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
