About the Role:

You are Expected to:

• Have a strong experience in designing low and medium voltage switch gears. Having arc resistant switchgears would be an added advantage.
  
• To have handson experience in Design calculations structural and thermal analysis. Proficiency in selecting electrical breakers/components and preparing BOMs.
  
• Possess experience in material selection to meet safety functional and cost requirements.
  
• Have good awareness of arc resistant regulatory standards and test requirements.
  
• Have Excellent Knowledge on North American standards like UL NFPA NEMA ANSI/ASME Y 14.1.
  

Requirements

You Will be a Great Fit if you:

• Have B. Tech/M. Tech/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• Have 10 plus years of experience in the design of electrical control panels MV switch gear panels motor control center (MCC) and power control center (PCC) panels.
  
• Have comprehensive understanding of cable sizing bus bar sizing cable routing and related areas.
  
• Hold 8 years or more in Electrical Product Design for Manufacturing (OEM). This is a Mandatory requirement.
  
• Have 3D CAD skillsSpecifically SolidWorks or Inventor.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods. Exposure to FAT would be an added advantage.
