Job Title: Deputy Youth Program / Outreach Specialist (Female)

Location: Islamabad

Salary Range: 125k to 150k

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Deputy Youth Program / Outreach Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth particularly school and college students and will be adept at building relationships and engaging with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Youth Engagement: Develop and implement programs and activities that engage school and college students in meaningful ways.

Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with schools colleges and other educational institutions to promote our youth programs.

Program Coordination: Assist in the planning coordination and execution of youth events workshops and initiatives.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for students parents and educational institutions regarding program activities.

Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment of youth programs with overall organizational goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program activities outreach efforts and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Education Social Work Human Resources or related disciplines.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in youth engagement outreach or a similar role.

Experience in employee engagement within HR can be considered.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with school and college students.

Attributes: Highly organized proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad.
