Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Accounting: Analyze production costs understand standard cost accounting and manage burden rates and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Inventory Management: Perform inventory reconciliation and control ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and manage journal entries ensuring proper financial documentation.
• Cost Control: Develop strategies to control and reduce costs contributing to financial efficiency.
• Manufacturing Focus: Apply a strong manufacturing cost accounting background to understand and manage costs throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and budgeting providing insights to drive financial decisions.
• Communication: Utilize excellent problemsolving and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Strong background in cost accounting with expertise in standard cost burden rates and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant accounting software Microsoft Suite and a strong Excel background.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with debits and credits.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all financial tasks.
