FullTime Position
Our client is actively looking to hire a Product Manager of Perforated Metals Division to oversee the launch of new product line. This position will require daily interaction by leading a sales team developing new clients and introduce the new product to existing clients. The Product Manager will actively set prioritization for sales development customer service (sales) team inventory control client maintenance and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic product inventory based on sales performance
- Manage daily sales team
- Oversee the price brackets structure to stay competitive
- Manage client success ratio
- Understand Florida and Southeast region market needs and work with sales team and Procurement department to keep in place the highselling items and remove the slowselling items.
- Document and prioritize clients database and sales tracking systems
- Participate in trade and export organizations in South Florida area
- Assist organization in problem solving issues
Required Skills and Characteristics
- Sales Position with 50% potential traveling
- TShaped Person with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in metals service center
- Creative problem solver who can break down complex problems and find a solution
- Experience in product management role balancing the needs of clients sales and applications of the product
- Experience in writing technical specifications data analysis communication and leadership
- Bilingual (Proficient Business level of English and Spanish languages)
- Experience in product inventory management
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience participating in a sales team.
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Preferably Bachelors Degree
- 35 years of metal sales experience with at least 3 years as product manager
- Authorization to work in the United States
