Job Details:

Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst consults with crossfunctional teams to identify data and analytical needs gather the necessary data conduct detailed analyses review actionable insights/findings with leadership to assist in their decisionmaking and facilitate related process/data improvement efforts.

This position is within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team and supports operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Derive insights from data analysis conduct rootcause analysis of operational issues identified by the data and provide recommendations to remediate operational issue
• Transform raw data and analysis into data visualizations and interactive dashboards using dashboard tools
• Drive understanding of our members and their interaction with our call center through indepth analyses of user interaction engagement and transcribed calls
• Answer complex business questions via SQL queries to enable business owners to make critical decisions.
• Investigate to identify problematic trends that may impact member experience and operational metrics negatively

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (e.g. Statistics Engineering or Economics)
• 5 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Manage transform and analyze data using SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to challenge traditional thinking to solve problems
• Ability to translate business language into technical requirements
• Ability to clean wrangle and transform large complex data sources using fitforpurpose data analysis techniques to generate robust insights
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel PowerPoint
