Job Description
- 12 years of relevant IT application experience in SharePoint Power Platform and ASP.net technologies.
- Strong consulting experience and excellent communication
- Work with individuals teams business owners IT and leadership to ensure SharePoint designs and processes satisfy business goals
- Good at requirement Gathering and prepare Scope of Work
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define:
- Information architecture for the SharePoint tenant
- Navigation structure for efficient access to information
- Taxonomy for improved information categorization
- Search terms for optimized searchability
- Retention policies for managing information lifecycles
- User adoption metrics to track user engagement
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance user experience within SharePoint:
- Leverage SharePoint Online functionalities like Hub sites Global navigation SPFx breadcrumbs and Managed Metadata Service
- Utilize PnP Search for advanced search customization
- Implement tagging strategies to categorize news and articles with relevant metadata
Must have skills Technical
- Proven experience working with SharePoint information architecture and user experience best practices
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online functionalities (Hub sites Global Navigation SPFx Search Center configuration)
- Experience with taxonomy development and information management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate discussions
- Problemsolving skills and a strong analytical mind
- Experience with PnP Search and Search Query Text (SQK) is a plus
- Experience with tagging strategies and metadata management is a plus
