Job Title: Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay range: USD According to experience Annually/Yearly benefits

What are the 34 nonnegotiable requirements of this position

• 3 years of leading Business Central implementation projects from a functional standpoint (Technical consultants/developers should not apply for this role)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Position is clientfacing and will need to represent as a whole.
• Ability/experience managing various clients at a time taking charge of projects
• Strong tenure at positions (lifelong contract employees/jumpers likely will not be accepted)
• **Please also note experience must be current and directly within Business Central. Experience in F/O A/X or other areas of Microsoft D365 do not pertain.

Job Description:

A Day in the Life

A typical day as a D365 Business Central Consultant may include:

• Perform D365 full Business Central implementation engagements interacting directly with seniorlevel client personnel throughout implementation.
• Effectively and timely support clients with technical support issues and needs.
• Manage various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives including client satisfaction and implementation profitability.
• Partner with other consultants to assess client implementation needs craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains and implement these plans to exceed the clients expectations.
• Outline implementation objectives issues findings and recommendations in a variety of client situations.
• Work with technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
• Maintain awareness of technical trends and issues in the area of ERP products and applies that knowledge to client issues and solutions.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Information Technology or workrelated experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience full implmenetation experience directly with D365 Business Central.
• You are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for improving client satisfaction.
• You enjoy troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge.
• An understanding of process manufacturing and have experience with process manufacturing ERP (preferred not required)
• You enjoy collaborating across multiple departments.
