Senior Java Developer

The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team responsible for developing enhancing and maintaining a rewrite/modernization of the Legacy DPES application into its updated and modernized form. The current application is written in classic ASP technology using Oracle as the backend. The new application which will be the focus of position is written/modernized using JAVA Angular Springboot and PCF (on Prem) along with PostGres as the database. The updated application implements APIs using Apigee. It was released in CAN in late 2022 and the US in August of 2023 and is in consideration for rollout to other markets in 2024. The application is also currently being migrated from its OnPrem PCF infrastructure over to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) so knowledge of GCP is highly desirable
